You need Docker, or Node.js 24 or later.

Clone the repository and start it with Docker.

docker compose up --build -d

Use Node.js instead

npm ci
npm run build
npm --prefix service ci
npm --prefix service run build:widget
npm --prefix service run community

Create the first account

Open http://localhost:8787. The first account is the operator. Later accounts need a registration code from you.

The database lives in a persistent Docker volume. Back up that volume.
Connect your website

Create a project in your dashboard and copy the install code. Point serverUrl at your server.
