Overplay
Terms of Service
Last updated 18 October 2026
Overplay is a hosted website feedback service operated by Artem Svitelskyi. Contact a.svitelskyi@gmail.com with questions about these terms.
Cloud and Community
These terms apply to Overplay Cloud, our managed service. The Community edition is free to self-host under the Functional Source License (FSL-1.1-MIT), provided as is, without warranty. Whoever runs a Community server is responsible for its accounts, data and policies. Contact your server operator about a self-hosted installation.
Using the service
You can attach comments to website components, reply to comments, and share feedback with members of a project. Use the service only on websites you own or are allowed to review. Keep your account credentials private and provide accurate account information.
Do not use the service for unlawful content, spam, harassment, or attempts to access another person's account or project. We may restrict access to address abuse or security threats.
AI agent connections
You can connect an AI agent to your account through MCP. A connection can only reach the projects and permissions you grant, and its actions count as yours, including against plan limits. You can disconnect it at any time in the dashboard. The agent provider's own terms govern how it handles the data it reads. Comment text is user content: review what an agent does with it before you rely on the result.
Your content and project access
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You allow us to store and display it to authorized project members so the service can operate. Project owners control membership and allowed website origins. You are responsible for having permission to share the content you submit. Avoid putting passwords, payment details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in comments.
Plans and usage
Free includes 10 new comments and replies per UTC calendar month, one project and two members. Pro costs $15 USD per month including applicable tax and includes 1,000 new comments and replies per UTC calendar month, five projects and five members per project. Max costs $40 USD per month including applicable tax and includes 5,000 new comments and replies per UTC calendar month, 25 projects and 25 members per project. The project owner counts as a member and pays for project usage. Deleting a comment does not restore usage. Moving or resolving a comment does not consume additional usage. Where yearly billing is offered, Pro costs $150 USD per year and Max costs $400 USD per year, including applicable tax, with the same monthly limits.
Usage resets at the start of each UTC calendar month, independently of your subscription billing date. There are no automatic comment overage charges. You can read existing comments after reaching the monthly message limit.
Payments and cancellation
Paddle is our merchant of record and handles payment processing, tax and invoices. Pro and Max renew monthly, or yearly on yearly billing, until canceled. Prices include applicable tax, and the amount is shown before payment. You can cancel through the billing portal or the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Your payment is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for first-payment refunds. Contact support if you need help managing a subscription.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Features and limits may change. Material changes to paid pricing or terms will be communicated before they take effect, as required. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy and account requests
Our Privacy Notice describes the information we process. You can delete comments and projects in the dashboard. Email support from your account address to request an account export or deletion. Cancel any active subscription separately through the billing portal to stop future renewals.
The public npm widget is distributed under its MIT license. These terms apply to the hosted service. The FSL lets you run Community for your own use and your clients, but not as a competing product.
